Is there any connection between your eating habit with depression? Well, depression and eating may be related. Having a poor diet can make you more susceptible to depression. Katherine Zeratsky from mayoclinic said that Britain’s researchers has studied the correlation between depression and diet in over 3,000 middle-aged office workers over the course of 5 years. They found that people who ate a junk food — high in processed meat, chocolates, sweet desserts, fried food, refined cereals and high-fat dairy products — were more likely to report symptoms of depression.
